Our signature service, the - Monthly Maintenance Plan - is perfect for your busy lifestyle. We visit your home monthly to perform the routine maintenance required in todays modern homes. While on site, we will also complete your personalized list of "honey-do's". Starting at $75/ month, our Monthly Maintenance Plan client receives a 2 hour maintenance visit which includes the following services:
Every Visit: - Change A/C filter
- Replace burned out light bulbs

- March - Clean stovetop filter, vacuum refrigerator coils
April - Wash down exterior A/C coils
May - Clean single story gutters
- June - Lubricate garage door
- July - Drain water heater
- August - Caulk tubs and showers
September - Sprinkler head check / adjust pattern, change smoke detector batteries
- October - Pressure wash single story house exterior
- November - Clean single story windows
- December - Hang outside Christmas lights
- January - Remove outside Christmas lights

In addition, we furnish each of our Monthly Maintenance Plan clients a key lock box for convenient controlled entrance. Also, our Monthly Maintenance Plan customers enjoy a 15% discount on all additional maintenance needs and priority scheduling!
